Account Deletion & Data Privacy

We value your privacy. If you choose to leave Pixloo, we make it easy to delete your account and all associated data.

Option 1: Delete via Pixloo App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the app. This process is automated and instantaneous.

  1. Open the Pixloo app on your device.
  2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
  3. Select Account.
  4. Tap on Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your choice. Your account will be immediately scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: Delete via Web Request

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request manual deletion by contacting our support team.

Email us at: support@pixloo.app

Please include in your email:

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • The email address associated with your Pixloo account
  • A brief confirmation that you wish to delete all data

What happens to your data?

When you delete your Pixloo account, the following actions are taken:

Permanently Deleted

  • • Email & Profile Information
  • • Generated Stories & Text
  • • Uploaded Images & AI Assets

Retention Policy

Aggregated, non-personally identifiable diagnostic data may be retained for 30 days to ensure system stability before final purging.

*Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions through Apple or Google. Please manage your subscriptions in your device settings.
