Account Deletion & Data Privacy
We value your privacy. If you choose to leave Pixloo, we make it easy to delete your account and all associated data.
Option 1: Delete via Pixloo App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the app. This process is automated and instantaneous.
- Open the Pixloo app on your device.
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
- Select Account.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice. Your account will be immediately scheduled for deletion.
Option 2: Delete via Web Request
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request manual deletion by contacting our support team.

Please include in your email:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your Pixloo account
- A brief confirmation that you wish to delete all data

*You can include this reason in your email request or select it during the in-app deletion process.
What happens to your data?
When you delete your Pixloo account, the following actions are taken:
Permanently Deleted
- • Email & Profile Information
- • Generated Stories & Text
- • Uploaded Images & AI Assets
Retention Policy
Aggregated, non-personally identifiable diagnostic data may be retained for 30 days to ensure system stability before final purging.
*Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions through Apple or Google. Please manage your subscriptions in your device settings.
